504 Plans Application
504 Plans is an application for school counselors that supports students with 504 Accommodation plans and protects the districts from legal troubles. Schools are required to offer 504 Accommodation plans for any student proven to need one. The lack of process and accountability in schools led to lawsuits against the districts.
I was tasked with creating an application that would allow a user to prepare the correct documents for a student, track the 504 journey for a student, and hold all parties accountable.

I-Tracker Application
I-Tracker is an application for educators who need a quick but detailed view of a student’s school life. The biggest selling point of I-tracker is its ability to create and track interventions for students.
The challenge was to find out how the product could better serve our users, bring the look and feel up to modern UX/UI standards, and increase the value of the application by incorporating more than the current English and Math Data.

Choice Application
Choice is an application that handles the process of a student trying to attend a school outside of their attendance school zone (based on their address). The application helps choice administrators manage applications, run a fair lottery, and generate official letters for the parents.
The goal was to find ways to make the application easier to use, tackle common problems the helpdesk received calls for, and create strategies for applications that got “lost through the cracks”.
